DATED : 20th JUNE, 2024 P.C:- The learned APP Mr.Gavand seek to file a substituted affidavit of the District Magistrate, Pune, as according to him, certain corrections were made in the draft, but they were not incorporated when the affidavit was filed on 8/5/2024. He, therefore, seek to substitute the affidavit dated 8/5/2024 by filing a fresh affidavit. We permit him to do so with a copy being served upon the counsel for the petitioner. The pleadings in the Writ Petition having been completed, list the same for final hearing on 9/7/2024. To be listed High On Board.
