1) Learned APP from instructions from Senior Police Inspector, attached to Kurar Police Station, Mumbai, submitted that, the corpus herein, namely, Mrs. Radhika Sagar Mehta, is a victim in C.R. No.1653/2023 under Section 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Baruipur Police Station, State of West Bengal. That, in furtherance of a letter received from Constable Prahallad Adhikary, attached to Baruipur Police Station, a team of Police personnel attached to the said Police Station had been to Kurar Police Station, Mumbai, for taking custody of the corpus. Respondent No.6, i.e. the mother of the said corpus also accompanied the said police from Baruipur Police Station, State of West Bengal. That, the corpus has gone with Respondent No.6 to the address mentioned in the Petition. He 1/2

2) Learned APP seeks time to file a brief reply, thereby placing the said facts and documents on record.
