Though notice was issued on 29.05.2024 on a Petition received through Taloja Central Prison, the learned senior counsel Mr. Ponda representing the Petitioner seek leave to amend the prayer clause of the Petition to which Mr. Thakare, learned senior counsel has no specific objection. Let the necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week and since the Petition is forwarded Chaitanya

Mr. Ponda undertake to complete the entire exercise within a period of two weeks from today. Pursuant thereto, a copy of the Petition shall be served upon Mr. Thakare. He shall filed his affidavit within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Since Advocate Mr. Rounak Naik has now filed Vakalatnama on instructions of the Petitioner, the appointment of the Legal Aid Counsel is recalled. Re-notify to 19.07.2024.
