Learned APP has tendered a medical report of the petitioner dated 27th January 2025. The same is taken on record. From the said report it appears that the petitioner has abscess over back and needs surgical treatment. It further appears that the prisoner has however denied his consent for the said surgery. 2.

Learned APP assures that counseling will be done of the petitioner, so as to enable the petitioner to understand the gravity of the issue.
