Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that despite permission being granted to the Petitioner to get his surgery performed in a private hospital, the Petitioner is not ready to get the said surgery done. She seeks time to file an affidavit regarding the same.

Learned APP insists that such an affidavit be filed in order to guard the Prison Officials from any allegation being made against the authorities, that treatment was not given to the Petitioner. Suresh 1/2

The said affidavit to be filed in the Registry on or before 9th June 2025 with an advance copy to the learned APP. 4.
