We have heard the petitioner, who appears through videoconferencing as well as the Medical Superintendent of the Kolhapur Central Prison, considering that the medical report tendered today to us, was only the blood report of the petitioner which shows that the petitioner is suffering from HIV and his parameters pertaining to HIV. The petitioner who appeared before us, through video-conferencing states that he has other medical ailments and is unable to perform his day to day activities.

Pursuant thereto we direct the Superintendent of the Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur, to submit a fresh report of the petitioner with respect to the petitioner's medical condition. The petitioner be taken to the Government Hospital for his necessary check-up. The concerned doctor to submit a report with respect to the medical condition of the petitioner, on the next date. 3.
