1) Praecipe dated 3rd October 2024 is circulated by the learned Advocate for Petitioners for 'Speaking to Minutes' of Order dated 6th September 2024.
2) Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that, on 6th September 2024, though on instructions, an incorrect statement was made by him and therefore this Court has incorporated the following words in para No.1 of the said Order.
"has accepted the same by its Order dated 16th April 2024." 2.1) He submitted that, as a matter of fact the said report is pending on the file of the trial Court for passing Orders and final Orders are not yet passed. He therefore requested this Court to effect necessary corrections in the said Order.

Osk 2-Wp-802-2024.doc 2.2) In view thereof, the words "has accepted the same by its Order dated 16th April 2024." are stand deleted from para No.1 of Order dated 6th September 2024 and instead the following words are incorporated therein. "has till date not passed final Orders on the same." 3) After effecting the said correction, para No.1 of Order dated 6th September 2024 would read as under.
"Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, after completion of investigation, the Police have filed 'C Summary Report' in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dindori, District Nashik on 15th April 2024 and the trial Court has till date not passed final Orders on the same."
4) Order dated 6th September 2024 be corrected accordingly and corrected Order be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
