Since the prosecution is under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, and the prosecuting agency is the Enforcement Directorate, the petitioner to implead the Enforcement Directorate as party respondent No.2. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day.

On amendment being carried out, notice be issued to the said newly added respondent No.2, returnable on 15th March, 2024. Hamdast permitted.

In addition to Court notice, learned Counsel for the petitioner to serve the respondent No.2 by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

In the meantime, learned A.P.P. to place on record the medical reports and medical case papers of the petitioner. 5.
