We have perused the order dated 10th April 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on the application moved by the petitioner seeking provision of medical facilities in view of his health issues.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that in terms of this order, the petitioner would be examined by the Medical Board, J.J. Hospital, Mumbai.

To enable this examination to be undertaken and to report compliance, stand over to 22nd April 2024.
