On the one hand, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the matter has been referred to the mediation in a PW DVA Case bearing No. 110 of 2023 in the Court of the learned Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division at Kalyan on 9th January, 2025. A divorce proceeding is also pending in the concerned Court. On the other hand, the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach this Court, if the parties settle the matter or for any other cause as may be permissible in law.
