The petitioner challenges the First Information Report dated 28th June 2023 registered with Wakad Police Station vide C.R. No. 607 of 2023 for offences under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
It is submitted that, the complainant is maternal uncle of the petitioner. Both of them are partners. It was alleged that, the petitioner had sold one flat without consent of complainant. Subsequently, there is settlement between the parties. They have executed Registered Partition Deed.

In the meantime, no coercive action shall be initiated against the petitioner in relation to First Information Report dated 28th June 2023 registered with Wakad Police Station vide C.R. No. 607 of 2023 till next date of hearing.
