On 02.07.2024 we granted last opportunity to the Respondents to file affidavit, however today Mr. Yagnik has no option than once again seek time as the affidavits from the concerned officers are not received by him.

In the Petition challenging the Detention Order dated 24.01.2024, Rule was granted on 22.03.2024 but still except the affidavit of the Superintendent of Jail, the Detaining Authority as well as the State Government have failed to file the affidavit.

By way of indulgence, since we would like to Chaitanya
