In the affdavit fled y the Section Offcer on ehalf of the Government of Maharashtra, Home Department, Mantralaya, Mum ai, while dealing with the ground of delay in deciding the representation, and in para 2, the deponent has stated that, the remarks were called from the Detaining Authority i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Thane City, on 20.02.2024. This particular assertion is strongly contested y the learned counsel for the petitioner y su mitting that the Detaining Authority is the Commissioner of Police, Pune City. Mr. Yagnik, the learned APP orally su mit that, there is a typographical error. Let him produce the necessary communication and the report, if any, from the Commissioner R.V.Patil
