One of the ground raised in the petition assailing the impugned detention order dated 21st September, 2023, passed by the Commissioner of Police, Pune City, Pune, is specifcally raised in paragraph 10(f) of the Petition and the learned counsel would specifcally urged that upon the detention order being passed on 21th February, 2023 alongwith the committal order on the very same day he was actually taken into custody and detained on 8th /9th January, 2024, and this has snapped the live-link in passing the detention order under the provisions of Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

Let the counsel for the petitioner further elaborate this ground as whether the live-link will have to be established till passing of the detention order or till he is taken into custody. Re-notify to 19th June, 2024. To be listed High on Board.
