In furtherance of the order dated 14th June, 2024, Mr.Yagnik has fled on record an affdavit of one Ravindra Dhairyasheel Shelke, Senior P.P. Yerawada Police Station, Pune City, Pune, and in support of his contention, which is raised for the frst time that attempts were made in past for executing the detention order, the details being mentioned in paragraph 4 of the said affdavit, but the detenue had concealed herself, and, she was taken into custody only on 9th January, 2024.
