P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 1st August 2024, the Petitioner has deposited the said cost of Rs. 50,000/- with the Central Police Welfare Fund of the Maharashtra Police, within stipulated period. 1.1) A praecipe dated 28th August 2024 alongwith a photocopy of bank transaction receipt by way of electronic transfer on 14th August 2024 issued by the I.C.I.C.I. Bank indicating that the said amount is deposited in the concerned bank account, is produced on record. 1.2) In view thereof, the directions issued by Order dated 1st August are complied with.
