By this petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the case i.e. C.R. No. 562/2023 from Trombay Police Station to any other police Station.

According to the petitioner, on 7th December 2023, her daughter aged 13 years went missing. On 8th December 2023, the petitioner lodged a complaint which was registered SQ Pathan 1/2

22-WP-964-2024.doc vide C.R. No. 562/2023 with the Trombay Police Station. The offence alleged was an offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Addl. P.P. on instructions states that the police have traced the minor girl and have arrested the boy with whom she had gone. He states that the police will take steps in accordance with law. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of. ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J.
