2/2 17 wp 3070 of 2021.doc grant of regular Parole, by stipulating that a person will be released on regular Parole, only if he is entitled for Furlough, has now been removed.

We are informed that the procedural formalities are in the pipeline, and when a stage reaches in publishing these Rules in the offcial Gazette, if it faces an embargo, in the wake of the enforcement of Code of Conduct, by obtaining necessary permissions from the Election Commission, its publication shall be ensured.

Recording the aforesaid statement, we deem it appropriate to list the Petition for compliance on 02.12.2022 alongwith connected matters.
