By way of indulgence, the learned A.P.P. Mr. Gavand seek some more time as according to him, the learned Advocate General is not available today.

Since the challenge is raised to Rule 19(2) of the Notification issued by the State Government, thereby imposing a restriction on availing regular parole by stipulating that all the prisoners who are eligible for furlough will only be entitled for regular parole.
