Ms.Shinde, the learned A.P.P., has placed before us the report from Unit 4, Crime Branch, Pune city, indicating the steps that have been taken to trace out the son of the Petitioner. She also makes a categorical statement that his mobile phone is locked by a face mark and the steps are being taken to open the mobile phone by using technology and an attempt shall be made to find out, whether any material is available, which would lead to the son of the Petitioner. 2.
