The aforesaid petition has been filed by the petitioner through jail. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his case i.e. Sessions Case No. 124 of 2021. It appears that when the aforesaid petition was filed, charge was not framed against the petitioner. 2.

We are informed that charge has now been framed i.e. charge was framed on 11th August, 2025 and witness summons has been issued.

In view of the aforesaid, since trial has commenced, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 4.

Needless to state, that the learned Judge, to decide the said case i.e. Sessions Case No. 124 of 2021 expeditiously, in accordance with law, since trial has commenced.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
