SAMBRE & MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, JJ DATED : 30th SEPTEMBER, 2024 P.C:- The delayed surrender is claimed to be because of the petitioner convict having suffered an accident which has resulted into hospitalisation at Ghate Hospital at Aurangabad. We direct the respondent Jail Authorities to file an affidavit dealing with the aforesaid issue within a period of two weeks.
