Since the response to the Writ Petition assailing the detention order dated 21.01.2024, is fled by the present Commissioner of Police, Pune, Mr. Venegavkar, learned Public Prosecutor is desirous of fling an affdavit of the Commissioner who had passed the detention order.

We expect him to undertake the necessary exercise before 23.10.2024 and supply a copy of the affdavit to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Re-notify to 24.10.2024.
