Since the Petition has been amended by adding certain grounds, the learned APP Mr.Yagnik wants to fle an affdavit. He also informs us that the earlier affdavit was fled by the present offcer, who holds the charge of Commissioner of Police, Pune City, Pune, and, therefore he is fling fresh affdavit dealing with all the grounds of Detention by affrming the same by the offcer, who had passed the Detention Order. We grant him two weeks time to do so.
