P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions submitted that, in pursuance of the Order dated 21st August 2024, the Petitioners have deposited the said cost of Rs. 1,30,000/- with the Armed Forces Battle Casualties Welfare Fund, within stipulated period. 1.1) A praecipe dated 20th September 2024 alongwith a photocopy of the acknowledgment issued by the Saraswat Co-operative Bank Limited dated 9th September 2024 indicating that the said amount is deposited through R.T.G.S./N.E.F.T. in the concerned bank account, is produced on record.
