1) In view of the submissions advanced by the learned Advocates for the parties, this Court prima-facie finds that, there is possibility of reconciliation between the parties herein. It be noted hear that, yesterday as per our oral directions the Respondent No.2 had given temporary custody of the corpus, namely, Ms. 'S' to the mother. That, today the Petitioner-mother has brought the said child to the Court.

2) In view of the further deliberation, following Order is passed. (a) For the time being the custody of the minor child Ms. 'S' is handed over to the Respondent No.2-father.

Osk 38-Wp-1282-2024.doc (b) Petitioner-mother is at liberty and is entitled to have daily access/visitation right with minor child Ms. 'S', either by way of Video Conferencing for one to two hours or personal visitation at the address of the Respondent No.2 mentioned in the cause title of the Petition.

3) We expect that, the parties herein will resolve their disputes and differences amicably by taking into consideration the paramount interest of the minor child Ms. 'S'.

4) At the joint request of learned Advocates for the parties, stand over to 17th May 2024.

To be listed under the caption 'For Directions'. 5) Place before the Vacation Bench for passing further necessary directions.
