Parties have settled the dispute. FIR was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 448, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The complainant had written letter to the Police stating that the matter has been settled and the complainant intends to withdraw the FIR. Thereafter, the Consent Terms are executed between the parties. However, none appears for Respondent no.2.

Issue notice to Respondent No.2 returnable on 19th June, 2024.
