Petitioners are challenging FIR No.572 of 2023 dated 26th June, 2023 registered with Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Petitioner No.1 is the mother-in-law. Petitioner No.2 is the husband of Petitioner No.1. The marriage between Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.1 was solemnized on 7th July, 2022. Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.1 are practicing Advocates. 4.

Issue notice to Respondent No.1 returnable on 11th June, 2024.
