The Petitioner had approached this Court praying for quashing the First Information Report ('FIR') No.0190 of 2024, registered on 27th January, 2024 with the Hadapsar Police Station, Pune City.

He submits that the learned Trial Court has now delivered a Judgment on 16th January, 2025, by which, he has been acquitted from the allegations of having committed an offence punishable under Sections 279 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.
