The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will withdraw the transfer application filed by him and is pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade, Mumbai.

By these petitions, the petitioner seeks a directive from this Court instructing the learned trial Court to expedite the hearing of the trial and ensure its completion within a specified timeframe.

The learned Counsel representing respondent No.1 has assured the Court that the respondent shall extend full cooperation to facilitate the expeditious disposal of the trial. 5.

Considering the submissions made, the trial Court is directed to conduct the trial proceedings expeditiously and endeavour to conclude the trial, to the extent possible, Page No. 2 of 3
