The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has moved a praecipe on 3rd January, 2025 for seeking withdrawal of this Petition, on instructions.

Mr.Mundargi, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits that a few more First Information Reports (FIRs) have been registered. Though the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition, liberty be kept open to approach the appropriate forum for seeking an order of clubbing of the FIRs.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition to the extent of the present Petitioner, stands disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 4.

The Accused is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for clubbing of the FIRs, if so advised, and if they avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law, after the filing of the charge-sheet, the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment and all contentions are kept open.
