The Petitioner is challenging the proceedings arising out of second FIR registered with Juhu Police Station, Mumbai vide C.R. No.196 of 2014 for offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, & 471 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

It is submitted that the complainant had initially lodged the First Information Report (for short 'FIR') with J.C. Nagar Police Station at Bangalore vide FIR No.54 of 2013 which was culminated into filing of charge-sheet and the evidence has started in respect to by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 4th July 2024. 5.

In the meantime, the Petitioner is exempted from appearing before the trial Court.
