1) Present Petition is filed through Jail. The Petition indicates that the Petitioner seeks framing of the charge and expeditious hearing of his case by the trial Court. 2) Heard appointed Advocate Mr.Garg for the Petitioner and learned A.P.P. Mr.Mali for the Respondent-State. Perused the Petition.

3) Learned appointed Advocate Mr.Garg for the Petitioner submits that, now the charge is framed in the concerned Sessions case, therefore, a direction to the trial Court to expedite hearing and disposal of Sessions Case No.369 of 2019, would suffice in the matter. 4) Hence, the following order :-

2/2 H.C. SHIV 15.w1487.24.doc (a) If possible, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan to expedite the hearing and disposal of Sessions Case No.369 of 2019, without affecting the cases requiring expeditious hearing and disposal.

(b) The learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to make efforts to decide the Sessions case No.369 of 2019, as early as possible.

(c) The Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
