In this Writ Petition, vide the order dated 08/01/2025, the Petitioner was directed to pay cost of Rs.25,000/- to the Respondent No.1, within a period of four weeks from 08/01/2025. The cost was not paid within that period, but it was paid on 03/03/2025.
