We have heard the parties. Though, this is a petition for quashing of F.I.R. by consent, considering the nature of the allegations and the material in the charge-sheet, we are not inclined to grant relief in this petition. When we expressed out disinclination to grant relief in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for unconditional withdrawal of this petition. 2.
