(1) Leave to amend to give correct serial number to the Petitioners in the array of Petitioners granted. Further leave is granted to delete Respondent Nos.2 and 4 from the array of the Respondents. (1.1) Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

(2) After amendment is carried out, issue notice to Respondent No.3-Sukjeet Singh Rashpal @ Rajparmar, returnable on 25th June, 2024. (3) Learned counsel for Petitioners is directed to supply spare copies of Petition in the Registry within a period of one week from the date of effecting amendment, failing which, the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
