In the order dated 11.06.2024, on the basis of the instructions received by the learned A.P.P., we have recorded as follows :

"It is also submitted that the Petitioner has already filed Writ Petition No. 1690 of 2024 for similar relief before the Aurangabad Bench, and the order passed today, shall be brought to the notice of the said Court."

Mr. Yagnik has placed before us the instructions received by him where there was a reference to the Writ Petition No. 1690 of 2024, being filed at Aurangabad but infact Chaitanya

2/2 2-Wp-1690-2024.doc indicate the Writ Petition No. 1690 of 2024 was the present Petition filed before the Principal Seat.

We are informed that the Petitioner has not filed any Writ Petition for the similar relief either before the Principal Seat or any of its benches.

In the wake of the above, we deem it appropriate to rectify our order by deleting the aforesaid portion. In pursuant to the rectification carried out, our order dated 11.06.2024 on deletion of the ultimate paragraph, shall be freshly uploaded on the official website of the Bombay High Court.
