This Court passed a detailed order on 30.05.2024, thereby granting access to the Petitioner to her minor daughter, aged about 5 years.

Subsequent thereto the Parties went for mediation. For some other offences, the Respondent/Husband was taken in Police Custody, on 14.06.2024 of which this Court took note in the report of the Mediator, which was submitted in a sealed cover. As a sequel, Respondent being in custody of police, the Petitioner continued to be by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

(24)WP-17246-2024.doc We, hereby, clarify that the Petitioner shall hold the custody of the daughter until further orders. As the learned counsel for the Respondent is absent, we are unable to get assistance as regards the stand of the Respondent/husband i.e. the father of the child. In this background, we deem it appropriate to post the matter on 18.11.2024, the date on which the Petitioner shall produce the daughter before the Court at 2.00 p.m.
