Both the learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as the contesting party jointly make a statement that the parties are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners are from Karnataka. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 submits that she is from Solapur. Therefore, it would be appropriate if the mediation is attempted at Solapur. Considering this request, both the parties either personally or through their representatives are directed to attend the Mediation Centre in the District Court at Solapur on 12th November 2024. The Officer in charge of the Mediation Centre shall appoint a suitable mediator to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties through mediation. It is made clear that the appointed Mediator may consider hearing the parties on video conferencing if it is convenient.
