By this Petition, the Petitioner essentially seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.84 of 2024 with the Naigaon Police Station, Palghar for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 506, r/w 34 of IPC.

8.wp.1768.2024.doc informant has given her affidavit to the Police, stating therein, that she has settled the dispute amicably with the Petitioner and as such, she does not wish to pursue the complaint. Learned APP states that in view of the same, the Police will be filing a "C" summary report, before the appropriate Court. Statement accepted.
