P.C.:- 1) The Petition is filed by two accused persons out of four accused persons for quashing of the crime in question with the consent of Respondent No. 2.

2) In view of the decision of this Court dated 11th June 2024 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 2441 of 2017 in the case of Ms. Sunita Pankaj Shah and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Another, present Petition is not maintainable. Apart from the said fact, record indicates that, the Petitioners herein have already filed an Application for their discharge before the trial Court.

3) In view of the fact that, the present Petition is not 1/2
