Learned APP states that the investigation is almost over and the investigating agency is in a position to file the chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
In this situation, we are permitting the investigating agency to file the charge-sheet before the competent Court. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is granted leave to amend to annex a copy of charge-sheet and to make the consequent amendment in the Petition before the next date. 4.
