This matter is placed before this Court for extension of the time to conclude the trial as per the request letter sent by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali, Mumbai in respect of C. C. No.714/PS/2013 on that board. The letter mentions that some witnesses are already examined on behalf of the prosecution. Between 27/1/2025 to 7/2/2025, learned Advocate for accused was not available and the next date was fixed for 10/2/2025 for recording evidence of the Investigating Officer. Thus there is substantial progress in the trial and there is genuine difficulty on the part of the learned Judge to conclude trial within the stipulated period. Therefore extension of two months from today is granted to dispose of the said case.
