4) Record indicates that, the investigation of present crime is already completed and the Police have filed chargesheet on 20th December 2022 qua the accused No.1.

5.1) In view thereof till the returnable date, further proceedings of R.C.C. No.129 of 2022, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dapoli, arising out of F.I.R. No.166 of 2022 registered with Dapoli Police Station, District Ratnagiri, qua the Petitioner, are stayed. 6) Stand over to 23rd September 2024.
