Since during the pendency of the aforesaid petition, charge-sheet has been filed in C.R. No.277/2023 registered with the Vishrambaug Police Station, Pune, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with liberty to SQ Pathan 1/2

502-WP-1854-2024.doc file a fresh petition seeking to challenge not only the FIR but also the charge-sheet and cognizance, if any, taken. Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
