By this petition, Petitioner is seeking relief to expedite and decide the perjury petition and records reasons and findings under Section 340, Sub-Section (1) of Code of Criminal Procedure (in short "Cr.P.C."). Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the perjury petition is filed by the Petitioner is pending before the learned Magistrate since 2023, I pass the following order:-

(i) The learned Magistrate, 24th Court, Borivali shall decide the perjury proceedings filed by the Petitioner as early as possible. 4.
