DATED : 24th JULY, 2024 P.C:- In order to resolve the issue, in permitting the petitioners to have access of their father, who is presently residing with their sister respondent no.1, and since the counsel for the respondent no.1 express some apprehension in permitting the physical visit of the petitioners to his house in the wake of some incident in the past. We deem it appropriate to ascertain, whether a facility of installation of CCTV camera shall resolve the issue.
