The counsel for Respondent No.1, in furtherance of the direction dated 24/07/2024, has submitted that they will honour the wish of the father and if the father is desirous of staying with the Petitioners, Respondent No.1 will not stand in his way.

In order to ascertain as to what is the will of Mr.Annayya Kotian, aged 95 years, we permit Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 alongwith their children to visit the house of Respondent No.1 M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 31 WP-1880-24.odt on Saturday i.e. 03/08/2024 between 3.00 to 5.00 p.m., only with an assurance that no untoward incident shall occur. In presence of Respondent No.1, the Petitioners shall ascertain the willingness of the father to accompany them and his decision shall be informed to this Court on Tuesday i.e. on 06/08/2024, when further appropriate directions will be passed.
