CHANDAK, JJ DATED : 17th DECEMBER, 2025 P.C:- Though we have the affidavit of respondent no.2 before us where she has accorded her no objection for quashing of the subject FIR, by indicating that, on due consideration, she had taken a voluntary decision to put an end to the proceedings initiated at her instance as she has decided to move ahead in life.

We find that the affidavit also make an attempt to rebut the pleadings in the petition, praying for quashing of the subject FIR.
