No. 940 of 2022 and case No.892 of 2022 instead of F.I.R. No.930 of 2022 and Case No.893 of 2022. Petition was therefore directed to be listed today on board under the caption "for directions".

4) In paragraph No.1 thereof, the Respondent No.2 has now stated the correct F.I.R. No.930 of 2022 and Case No.893 of 2022. 5) Accordingly, the correct F.I.R. No.930 of 2022 and Case No.893 of 2022 is incorporated in the Order dated 2nd July, 2024. Remove for Board.
